Netflix, a leading streaming service, recently underwent their website UI/UX design accompanied by extensive UX research. The goal was to improve user experience, making it more intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging.
The redesign focused on enhancing usability by simplifying the navigation structure and optimizing content discovery. A cleaner and modern interface ensures a seamless browsing experience while promoting easier access to desired movies, TV shows, and other content.
Extensive UX research was done to guarantee user satisfaction. This required conducting surveys, gathering and analyzing user feedback, and using user testing techniques. The redesign process was influenced by the learnings from this research, which led to a user-centric strategy that caters to the diverse user base of Netflix.
